Daystar possesses the capability to design and produce specialized equipment complete with required hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems. We produce specialized custom machines and assemblies for a large industrial base.

The Soft Drop Conveyor System safely conveys bottle pre-forms or other molded parts from the injection molding process into gaylords in which they can be easily transported. The Soft Drop Conveyor System can be manufactured as a single bucket unit or a double bucket unit. Each unit is custom built to meet individual customer requirements.

The Section Weight Cutter is designed to cut PET bottles into sections in order to measure the amount of plastic in the various sections. Each Section Weight Cutter consists of a base and interchangeable nests. Each nest is designed to hold the specific bottle being cut.

The Modular Pallet Storage System is designed to optimize space by organizing and storing machine tool pallets efficiently while protecting pallets and tooling. Its innovative design utilizes a lift truck to store and transport machine tool pallets and large fixtures. In addition, the storage system doubles as a workbench helping to save valuable floor space.
