CNC Turning

Daystar offers CNC automatic bar feed and CNC chucker turning capabilities up to 15".  Our production CNC turning department produces small or large lots of high quality parts.  Operators are experienced in machining a wide range of materials utilizing state of the art tooling and techniques.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling capabilities are handled with an array of CNC machining centers fully loaded with automatic tool changers, indexable tooling, and modular workholding systems.  High volume jobs are easily accommodated by our CNC Pallet Changer, while workpieces up to 48" X 66" X 32" are possible on our largest machining center.

CNC Wire EDM

Daystar utilizes our Elox Wire EDM machine with Fanuc CNC control in producing close tolerance profile and periphery configurations in a large variety of materials.
